📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for our core business teams.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for our company culture and specific roles.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to foster a talent pipeline.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance and overall hiring process effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.,Strong understanding of the hiring process and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.,Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with the financial services or technology industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
