📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons tailored to students' learning needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate cultural elements and real-world applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and growth.
• Assist with the organization and execution of school events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese (Mandarin).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in Mandarin language education.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for Mandarin language and culture.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
