📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections to assess damages to vehicles involved in accidents.
• Gather and document evidence, including photos, videos, and witness statements.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claim settlements.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and policyholders to reach fair and acceptable settlements.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other professionals to ensure accurate and efficient claim processing.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and insurance companies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, laws, and best practices in insurance claims.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an insurance adjuster or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with surveying tools and software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
