In this role, you will work closely with our kitchen team to source, select, and manage high-quality food and beverage products, ensuring they meet our standards for taste, freshness, and sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, select, and manage high-quality food and beverage products to ensure they meet our standards for taste, freshness, and sustainability.
• Maintain and update our inventory management system, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to develop and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance our menu offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage procedures.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring our food and beverage offerings are exceptional.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local and international food and beverage regulations and standards.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to sustainability.
