📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and mall, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Manage a team of over 100 employees, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a positive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and community partners.
• Lead and participate in strategic planning initiatives to ensure long-term success of the hotel and mall.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel and mall operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale hospitality and retail operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
