📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and brokers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
• Assist brokers with the processing and management of financial transactions, including insurance policies, investment portfolios, and loan applications.
• Use Salesforce to manage client data, track transactions, and generate reports to support brokers and management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our financial services and attract new clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve our services and processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and client interactions.
• Provide training and support to new team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or financial services role, preferably in a brokerage or insurance environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and brokers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
