📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Maintain and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.,Manage and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
