Now expanding our operations, we are seeking a Poultry Module Supervisor to join our Management Trainee Program in Badung, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of poultry modules, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain poultry health, feed, and water systems, implementing best practices for optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with GAMA Foods' standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff on poultry farming techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance poultry module productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in poultry farming or related industries.
- Certification in Poultry Management or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of poultry health management and biosecurity protocols.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
