📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update EHS documentation, including safety data sheets (SDS), hazard communication programs, and environmental management systems (EMS).
• Ensure that all EHS documentation is accurate, compliant with regulatory requirements, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of EHS documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that EHS documentation supports overall business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in EHS management.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and contractors on EHS-related matters.
• Participate in incident investigations and contribute to the development of corrective action plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS documentation and compliance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in EHS management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations, including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and relevant local regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, EHS management software, and compliance tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its unique EHS challenges is a plus.
