📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets and improve service quality.,Handle cash and other forms of payment securely.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
