📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct market research to understand the needs of our organization and the job market.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
