Lead the planning and design phase of the major infrastructure project, ensuring that all technical specifications and requirements are met.,Oversee the coordination of engineering teams and consultants, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.,Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in engineering and construction.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning and designing infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong knowledge of relevant engineering principles, standards, and best practices.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools like MS Project.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire engineering teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
