Demant is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Provide financial support to the management team and board of directors.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Participate in financial audits and internal controls reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
