Duta Vera Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our operations from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team in Ubud.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.,Manage and develop the team, providing leadership and support to achieve organizational goals.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.,Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.,Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.,Lead and participate in professional development activities for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a dental clinic setting.,Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and regulatory requirements.,Experience with financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
