📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Identify and address any production issues or bottlenecks promptly.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
