🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Mainframe Security Administrator or similar role, preferably in a financial or banking environment
• Certifications in mainframe security, such as IBM z/OS Security or similar
• Strong knowledge of mainframe operating systems and security tools, including RACF, ACF2, and Top Secret
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
