📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of tax professionals to ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns for the company.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on tax planning and compliance.,Monitor and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.,Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective tax management.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax authorities and consultants.,Ensure all tax documentation is properly maintained and easily accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of tax professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using tax software and accounting systems.,Certification in tax preparation or a related field is a plus.
