Zone Hub Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Support the company's strategic goals by aligning HR practices with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
