📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR software and practices is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
