📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement the restaurant's menu, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and taste.,Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained at all times.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.,Work closely with the management team to ensure the restaurant's culinary vision is achieved.,Continuously innovate and improve the menu and cooking techniques to stay ahead of the competition.,Ensure the restaurant's reputation for excellent food and service is maintained and enhanced.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a successful kitchen operation.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
