Place Shine Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Deputy Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.,Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its amenities.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Update guest records and maintain accurate documentation.,Assist with front desk tasks such as managing reservations and billing.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
