📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities.,Monitor and maintain operational systems to ensure smooth and efficient processes.,Support the operations manager in managing and supervising the operations team.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide operational support during peak periods or special projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or operational environment.,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ERP or other operational software is a plus.
