📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the insurance business, including accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.,Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.,Lead and mentor junior financial staff, fostering a culture of financial excellence.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.,Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial control roles, with at least 3 years in a senior financial controller position.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.,Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
