Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the target market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve company goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
