Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the cutting tools and industrial solutions market.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools.,Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and market dynamics.
