Base Code Group is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and customer specifications.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food inventory and order supplies as needed.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Monitor food costs and prepare budget reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Experience in budgeting and cost control.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with kitchen management software.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
