📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management on HR-related matters.,Organize and manage employee benefits and compensation.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
