In this role, you’ll spend your days greeting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our cashier area and ensuring compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, processing orders, and handling transactions efficiently.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, including restocking supplies and ensuring a tidy workspace.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, including cash, debit, and credit transactions.
• Assisting with inventory management by updating stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
• Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Promoting sales and upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolving them to the customer’s satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in a bakery or café setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for food and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
