📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations, including staff management, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Manage branch budgets and financial performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
